I just finally spoke with someone from Showtime Concession Supply.

They supply the corn, oil, salt, and butter for the regional theatre

cahins called Carmike Cinemas. He told me that they get about 1 call

per year about this. He said that they have researched it with their

suppliers and found that the theatre popcorn was gluten free. Please

double check me if you are concerned. (So that I did not

misunderstand, but I am pretty certain I did not!) Their # is 1-800-

882-6496 at Showtime Concession Supply. Happy munching!!!
