Guest guest
Just in case someone would need to see or care to know my recent bloodwork, here it is. I'm finally starting to feel better... but I am disappointed that I feel like I depend on Cytomel. For instance... I take it at 9:30 and 12:30... and if I take my dose even a half hour later... it will take me longer to crawl out of my fatigue. Am I supposed to get to a place on Cytomel where my fatigue is GONE (healed?) and I'm out of the RT3 cycle? Or am I going to depend on Cytomel forever (band-aid?)?As I mentioned earlier in my Calcium Question/Post... I am on 50 mcg of Synthroid and 5 mcg of Cytomel, 2x/day (so 10 mcg total). I have now been given the green light to increase to another 2.5 mcg... but my doc is happy with my TSH (I know, the docs get hung up on TSH, right?)When I first joined here, my original TT3/RT3 ratio was 3.4 (92/27)In 1/2010, my TT3/Rt3 ratio was 5.4 (92/17). My FT3/Rt3 ratio was 17.11 (291/17).On 05/14/2010, my TT3/RT3 Ratio was 6.6 (getting closer to 10!!!)My FT3/Rt3 ratio was 20 (300/15) (yay! I've been waiting to be at 20, which I know is right at borderline... I read here that I should be at least 20).Thank you!So here is my bloodwork:Sodium: 139 range: 135-146 mmol/LPotassium: 4.3 range: 3.5-5.3Chloride: 107 range: 98-110Carbon Dioxide: 22 range: 21-33Calcium: 9.2 range: 8.6-10.2Protein: 7.3 range: 6.2-8.3Albumin: 4.4 range: 3.-5.1AST: 11 range: 10-30ALT: 9 range: 6-40Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy, OH, Total: 22 Range: 20-100TSH: 2.04 range: .4-4.5T4: 6.1 range: 4.5-12.5Free T4: 2.1 range: 1.4-3.8Free T3: 300 range: 230-420Total T3: 99 range: 76-181T3 Uptake: 34 range: 22-35%Reverse T3: 15 range: 11-32ACTH, Plasma: 9 range: 5-27 pg/mL
