Morning 13 (13-24 norm)

Noon 1 (5-10 norm)

Afternoon <1 (3-8 norm)

Midnight 7 (1-4 norm)<<

Typical adrenal exhaustion! When you can muster enough cortisol in the daytime

as your adernals obviously can't, the ACTH is high all day then at night when

you relax, they rebuild a little and due to the high ACTH still, they dump out

too much cortisl for that time of day. This is why we need to take enough HC to

slightly supress ACTH t correct bad cortisol rythm problems.
