Stickers question

Hi there,

I know this is pretty ignorant but I was thinking of putting stickers

on my son's DocBand when he receives it in a few weeks and I read the

decorating tips doc on this site but had a question. What exactly are

Clear backed stickers? It says they are easier to remove than paper

backed. Is clear backed just referring to clear stickers? Sorry if

this is a silly question!

No question is silly on this board! Yes, the clear-backed stickers

just refer to clear stickers that are almost more plastic like than

paper like, and you can basically see through them. The paper-backed

stickers are the traditional stickers we grew up with, that are white

around the edges. If you're going to paint the helmet first, it

doesn't really matter which stickers you choose, in fact I would say

that the paper-backed stickers stick better to paint than the clear

ones. But if you're doing stickers right on the white band, the clear

ones would peel off better. But using goo gone will work in taking the

paper ones of if you find some cute ones you just can't resist.
