Advice on adrenals

After a ton of research and finally finding a Dr. that somewhat

listened I was prescribed armour. She told me to take 60MG for 6

weeks until I retest. I am going to tweak that because all the

research I have done shows that you do not want to stay at a low does

for more than two weeks or so. My Dr. explained that I have had

Hashimoto at some point because of my TPO results and I am Hypo. She

did not really talk about my adrenals. I asked a couple questions and

she said she will retest in 6 weeks. After reading that did not make

much sensoe because in order of the armour to be effective the

adrenals need to be functioning properly. I have a ton of symptoms

for both Hypo and adrenal fatigue. I would like to get advice on

whether I should start some sort of Cortisol before I start my

armour. I did the flashlight test and my pupils do not stay

constricted, they were trying to stay constricted but could not. I

sometimes get dizzy from getting up, I can sleep for hours and never

feel rested at all. Anyway, I will post my saliva and blood spot

results. I know we are not Dr.s but I do not know how my Dr will

react to me asking to for adrenal support like HC. I am not a fan of

self medicating but I am almost positive I have adrenal fatigue. My

cortisol in the morning is in range but low and I know I should be

the highest then. Thanks in advance for any advice. If I do need

adrenal support is isocort ok or do I need to find a way to get HC

prescribed? Sorry for all the question but I am new to all this and

somewhat confused.
