Guest guest
Hmmm, I'm not sure if you want my advice, but cosleeping worked for us. My daughter was not a good sleeper and got a cold the same time as her band, so we brought her in our bed. She has always slept well there. Unfortunately she's 2 now and still there, but we'll work on that soon :-) I know it doesn't work for everyone, but we all got a lot more sleep this way and she didn't mind her band. If this doesn't work for you I can tell you that mosts babies do adjust well. Some babies take a week or even two, but do sleep well. -christine sydney 2 yrs starband grad > > well tonight is the first night that gabbie is sleeping in her helmet. > she does not like it at all she is still fussing and occasonaly > screaming. there are no red spots and she is not hot i think that she > can't get commfy. does anyone have any suggestions on making it a > little easier in all of us especially her brother who shares a room > with her. thank you. > cassie- mom to brody(3) and gabbie (5months) right plagio and left > tort. starlight band 3/12/08 >
Guest guest
I wish there were something that would help, but I really think it is something that she will have to get used to. It won't take long, though. A night or two should do it. Can big brother sleep in your room for a little while? Poor guy! My daughter is in the Starlight band, as well. Will you please keep me posted on your daughter's progress? I would be interested to know if her measurements are improving rapidly. Take care, and good luck! Guest guest
Cassie- I hope Gabbie sleeps better tonight. I'm sure it's tough, but I suspect she just has to find a position that is comfortable for her and she'll be back to sleeping like normal before you know it. Good luck!
