Guest guest
Hi Val, I had asked you about high cortisol in afternoon possibly causing bloating, and you suggested dropping the noon dose to see if that helped. So for the last two days I've done 15-0-5 (extended release cortisol) instead of 15-5-5, and I'm still bloating. I feel very low cortisol (the lights are too bright and I only have one nerve left!), and my blood pressure on a *good* day was never over 110/70, and today I'm freezing, my temps have dropped like I'm not getting the thyriod. (97.9 & 98.1 so far when my last 3 days averages were actually 98.5 and .6.) So is it safe to say I didn't have high cortisol? But I'm still trying to figure out what's causing this bloating. Last two times it happened were when I remembered to supplement salt. Could the sea salt be doing this somehow? As in i'm out of balance with other electrolites or something? I didn't think it was possible to be low potassium on a high meat diet. I often have a really high pulse (can be 115 if I stand up from laying down). I haven't got my aldosterone tested yet because my last doctor refused. - hoping to find a cooperative one before my next cycle starts. Thanks for any input -- this is really baffling me.
