With both mag and Vit C, you start with lower doses and build up.

I think that you need to work on tapering on C to get to those

mega-doses and then use bowel tolerance as your measure. You're

starting with the mega-dose and working your way back. I would give

it a few days to settle down and then try 500mg of a buffered C like

Ester-C and see how you do. I have not been able to handle any of the

three kinds of buffered C that I have tried at all - I don't even get

to bowel tolerance, my IBS kicks up hard.
