Guest guest
With both mag and Vit C, you start with lower doses and build up. Guest guest
I think that you need to work on tapering on C to get to those mega-doses and then use bowel tolerance as your measure. You're starting with the mega-dose and working your way back. I would give it a few days to settle down and then try 500mg of a buffered C like Ester-C and see how you do. I have not been able to handle any of the three kinds of buffered C that I have tried at all - I don't even get to bowel tolerance, my IBS kicks up hard. > > Re: Tolerating Magnesium > > I have to balance it w calcium and the diarrhea no happen. > > Is there a similar " balace " for Vit C (simple ascorbic acid, not > including all the useful cofactors).
