HI ,

MY pain started with lp, but I think over the years that it has become

nerve pain as well because of all the damage to the clitoris because of

my lp going untreated. That is one why I too, keep it very clean and use

lidocaine 5% when i get a flare. I use the clobetasol as well, not for

pain, but to control my flares. But, there are many times even without

a flare or redness on the clitoris, that I have pain there. That is why

I feel at this point it is nerve pain because it has been damaged. My

pain goes from sticking ,stabbing to shocks and like someone is grinding

glass there. It is extremely incapcitating. So for now the lidocaine

does help for a few hours at a time.
