You know what, Sugar? Just because we are diabetic it still means we have

relatives and friends who want to enjoy our company. So I love all that

stguff and if something makes me fall off the wagon, just taste it to see

how it came out and eat more of another thing we can have more of. We don't

as diabetics live in a glass bottle where none of the regular foods we have

enjoyed all our life will come up.

I have had a terrible backslide because of dealing with 's passing and

I will start rigorous testing and monitoring again soon.
