Just something to keep in mind....foot orthotics and the band are

not in the same category for most health insurance plans. I know it

isn't in mine. The band falls under " durable medical equipment "

(i.e. wheelchairs, walkers, etc.). So if you haven't already,

research that category and fight it from that angle. Good luck with

your appeal! And the banding!
