---Emma,

I don't think these things very often go away on their own,

unfortunately. But there are so many things to try! Diet, oral meds,

topicals, physical therapy (which may help your muscle spasms around

the bladder issues), etc. You have found the right place. You have to

be willing to read, educate yourself, ask for new treatments, and do a

lot of trial and error. It takes most of us some time to find what

works. I am gluten free and almost dairy free, although we are

considering raw dairy, as most people who are caesin and/or lactose

intolerant can do raw dairy. It's the pastuerization and homogenization

that gets people.

Anyway, there is hope! But it will take some work.

Melinda
