Guest guest
.... I have found that those of us with sensitive guts have to start in really slowly with one thing at a time in quarter doses. It's a pain, but it's the only way we can know what is doing what. When a doc tells us to take 2 in the morning and two at night, it mean we take 1 a day for a week. And if they say take 3 different things we never start them all at once. It's the nature of severe gut sensitivity. Have you read Micro Miracles? Or did I mention this book already? The author goes into detail about how bombarding the gut with new things and undigested material can cause autoimmune reactions. Anyway, you are working so hard at this that I have to chime in because I had to learn all sorts of things about the gut before I could proceed with any type of supplement protocol without pure discouragement ragging me out. -AG > GI hasn't been good for the two days I've been on it and I slept > horribly last night but blamed it on the mag.
