Where are you at in your cycle? If the luteal phase, then 98.6 would not be the

ideal, 99.0 would be more like ideal. Temps can also run higher if you have too

much progesterone or maybe some underlying infection you don't even know about.

Apparently, low aldosterone can make temps appear higher, too. Just trying to

help you decide if you are truly hypo. Also, I suspect SOME people just have

average higher temps. My husband does and he is not hyper, just healthy with a

higher average than the " normal " person. I think " average " temp can vary or else

it wouldn't be an " average. "

Usually if you go hyper, the pulse will go high as well.

I know getting on enough HC makes me SUPER relaxed. I agree with the other

poster about adrenaline. You may not even realize you were running on adrenaline

all those years, you just get so used to it being normal as that's your only

source of energy. ;-)

When I'm hypo, I feel like I've gone into a coma, like I'm wading through water,

in addition to plain ole somnolence.

You could just raise per Nick's suggestion and keep an eye on pulse and make

sure that doesn't go too high as well as I think both high temnp and high pulse

indicate hyper

You may be suffering from adrenaline withdrawal.

take awhile for the T4 to decay, and for your body to adjust to the new

regiment. I tried to enjoy being lazy, and it helped get over this period.

temp steady @ 98.6

as bad as when I was first diagnosed hypo/hashi's. My bp is good, heart rate

good, temps captured and adrenals holding steady.

fatigue? My rt3 ratio was 14.8 3 months ago when labs were taken. I don't want

to rush things but are we supposed to be drop dead exhausted for the next 12

weeks??
