Yup, mucked up there alright ! I meant, of course, EARLY. But I didn't say

anything about 'goiters', I said 'goitrogens'. Such as strawberries, corn,

and you mentioned at one point eating garlic. There's a long list of them,

and often you don't know what they're doing to you until you stop eating

them.

Sorry for the confusion - just put it down to brain fog, I'm not up to my

optimal dose yet... lol
