So is one has low cortisol in the morning would they benefit from adding MORE T3 at bedtime? I am already taking 25mcg at bedtime but have low morning cortisol.VeniziaSubject: Re: T3 divideTo: RT3_T3 Date: Monday, June 14, 2010, 10:21 AM

"Most of us need to spread the T3 out, not because it won't stay at a steady enough level in the system, but because it "uses up" Cortisol getting into the cells and if your body cannot produce Cortisol fast enough then temperature drops and you slump."

from Nick's website:

Yes, we continue to divide the doses after clearance, for the same reason.

There is a "sustained-release" form of T3, that needs to be taken only twice a day, but I've seen a lot of posts here from group members who just do not have good results with it. It is also extremely expensive.

Multiple dosing is also easier on the adrenals.

(T3) " uses up " Cortisol getting into the cells and if your body cannot produce

Cortisol fast enough then temperature drops and you slump. "

Not sure, but following the reasoning that taking T3 "uses up" cortisol, it seems likely to me that taking more T3 at bedtime would use up more cortisol overnight; leading to even lower morning cortisol levels.> > >> > > Hello> > > > > > I did not understand about the T3 something> > > Why does it need to be divide for 4-5 times during the day, and can not be taken the correct dosage in one time in the morning ?> > > And after 12 weeks what is happen with the divide dosage during the day, is it still have to be divide the T3 dosage ?> > > > > > Thank You> > >>
