By temperature you are a little hypo, how do you feel though?? you can try and increase and see how you feel if you want > >I will be doing lab tests in the upcoming week. > They ought to help you choose. The adrenal question is best asked of the adrenal group http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ Their FAQ Web site is here http://faqhelp.webs.com/ but they are shut for the weekend. If you get symptoms of excess cortisol you can reduce or you can try dropping by 2.5 anyway and see how you do Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
I've been feeling pretty good. A lot more stamina. I did notice on my last increase with an additional 6.25 T3 for the morning dose - I've started having some low back pain. Not sure if that is the Adrenals indicating they are having a hard time with the extra thyroid or not. I had Reverse T3,my last labs showed it was starting to clear. That was 2 months ago. What are the symptoms of excess cortisol? > > >My temps are consistent at 98.4 and pulse is about 76-80. Guest guest
You really don't want to be on much less than 20mg. You may want to increase your thyroid meds a bit since you want your temp to be around 98.6. I would check with the adrenal group when they come back from break as to when you should be able to go off of the HC. Kitty To: RT3_T3 Sent: Sun, May 30, 2010 9:52:38 AMSubject: When to reduce HC? How do you know when it's time to try reducing HC? I was Stage 5 Adrenal Fatique when I started HC,and had RAI in 2000.I've been on 20mg HC for 5 mos. Currently taking 56.25mcg Cynomel (25am, 12.5noon, 18.75bedtime) and 1 grain Erfa.My temps are consistent at 98.4 and pulse is about 76-80.
