Guest guest Posted October 30, 2007 Report Share Posted October 30, 2007 It absolutely qualifies as a disability, please talk to your doc so you can get a letter verifying your diagnosis and talk to a lawyer. My doc wrote me out on light duty (20 hours or less per week) for six months. By law my job was protected.
