Yep, you are right, too much of everything, stress included. No way at

present that I can get rid of any stress. While I try to be patient

with my Mom, she has very short term memory and it drives me nuts

sometimes. Somedays I don't remember much more than her!!! I am so glad

I found this gang. I think it will be a great help.
