Side effects I have experienced are drowsiness, which is why I take it at bedtime and constipation on higher dosages (I was at 50 mg at one point). Other than that, I like the pill and it does help. I have fibro for at least 13 years now. ICK. I am going to ask my doc for Lyrica tomorrow. I am already on Kadian (morphine sulfate). I work from home, which is ideal for me.
