It's somewhat of an imprecise measurement; I followed their website

recommendation:

" dispense 1-3 sprays into a cupped hand and rub into the skin thoroughly. "

from

http://www.ancient-minerals.com/transdermal-magnesium-instructions.html

My understanding is that is almost impossible to use too much, any excess is

simply not absorbed.

There was another result as well as raising my RBC mag: I've had eczema on my

left elbow for at least 10 years, cracked/scaly/bleeding, at times needed

prescription steroid cream to calm it down (nothing else worked, and I tried

EVERYTHING). But lately, while I was applying the mag oil to my arms and legs I

decided to give that bad elbow a coating of mag oil, too. It took a while, but

the eczema has improved by about 80%.
