Yes, that's me on the SR still. :-)

I didn't know what to do, so last night I just went ahead and took less for the

night dose. I cut the night dose by 10 and slept a bit better -- less trembly

and low cortisol symtpoms and woke up feeling TONS better with no trembly

feelings.

I am just thinking that 1/3 my dose is too much to take at bed and I don't have

enough cortisol for that and when I do have enough cortisol to handle it, I have

daytime temps all night long! That doesn't seem right...

Today I am trying 40, 40, 25 instead of the 35, 35, 35 I was on. If all goes

well, I may leave the bed dose at 25 and just make increases to the am and

afternoon doses as needed.

Sounds like you are getting there, it's very personal and a matter of

finding what works for you.

Just remember that as you become less hypo the adrenal stress lowers

and you may need to make timing changes at a later date/
