Thank you , i really appreciate it. I am very new to the group, and didnt realize someone was here to answer questions.

This is very very kind of you and i just want to acknowledge and appreciate your time.

I was scared to completely stop t4 after my incident last week of being really bad. i decreased in by over half.

I am steadily increasing my t3. my doctor said i would top out at around maybe 60 mg or 90.

It seems as there are many here on the group that are taking alot higher..is this true? like over 100?

Mine is compounded . not cytomel.

i am going to start tracking my tempts tomorrow but i am at 50mcg 2 times per day, but tomorrow i think iam going to go up.

how many days should one allow before going up on the doseage again? i go up at 7.5 mcg.

Also valerie, do you thnk the t3 receptors being blocked could have anything to do with my amenohreah and low estrogen/progesterone and testorsteron? thank you, Misty

It takes 12 weeks to undo RT3. That si to lower it from the blood and

then to move it out of the receptors where T3 can FINALLY get in. There

is no quick fix.
