I've been reading all the posts for awhile but I have to admit they have been confusing to me. I don't know what everyone is talking about..LOL. I think I should start taking something like the Cortef then. Is this a good brand or do you recommend something else? It's obvious you are very knowledgeable in health matters. I appreciate you for what all you do for others. Thank you so much for your time, you are a wonderful blessing. I thank the Lord for you.
