why are anabolic steroids not used in conjunction with Cortef?

Just curious why very low, safe doses of anabolic steroids are not used with

Cortef since

anabolic steroids block the effects of hormones such as cortisol involved in

tissue breakdown

during and after exercise? Especially if not being able to recover from any

kind of exercise is

a major symptom of adrenal fatigue. Obviously this treatment would be much

easier to

prescribe for men since the side effects of very low doses of anabolic steroids

on men are

often mild or non-existent.
