I really cannot imagine the artificial ones are any better than just taking

the real thing, especially if a person only does it occasionally and in

moderation.

There are also natural fruit sweeteners and juices that can add extra

sweetness. A squeeze of orange can do wonders, lol. Cheri

We use Xylitol for my daughter. Just make sure and get the kind made from birch

bark, it

tastes the best and doesn't cause GI problems.
