,

You are not alone! I always had pain too..turns out I had lichen

planus, a vulvar skin disorder, and the pain and inflammation of that

caused me to have vestibulitis. Now that I know what's wrong and have

figured out how to treat it, I am slowly getting better and have now

had intercourse twice with very little pain (just this past week). It

took doctors 3 years to diagnose me and then over a year of trial and

error on different topical and oral meds, diet changes, and weekly

physical therapy for 9 months to get me to this point, and I'm not done

yet. Please don't give up - there is help and hope but you have to be

willing to try a lot of things, do a lot of research, and be up for the

journey - being well is worth the effort!
