Guest guest Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 Diabetic Confectioners Sugar 1 1/2 cups splenda 4 T cornstarch 6 T non fat dry milk or coffee creamer Mix and pour into blender or food processor and process until it's a fine consistency.
