Thank you, I don't know I seem to get in trouble lately all around me. I

have wondered how u are. I don't know how to post unless I reply, and have not

seen you, but I have been suffering with a terrible headache, and feeling

ickish, so have been here and there, consentration shot this wk. So how are u?

Is this a on wk on Chemo?, boy it is cold out hope your warmer in CT. It keeps

flying snowflakes around here daily. And report of another storm next wk... I

have had enough, and how about you? I can't believe I mis posted something I

know very much about, giving people the wrong idea. Did u catch the post on

mailing? I can't find where I was commenting to, think deleted, but have 298

e-mails on here looking for it? I should be more carefull though wake up call

as to when dealing with head issues myself I should re-read before thinking I am

answering correctly. You Take Care, and hope you feel o.k..... Is the Chemo

I'm not trying to accuse anyone of any wrongdoing, but if you have a

prescription for a medication, and that medication is available ONLY by

prescription and you want to give it to someone else that may be on that same

drug, it is best to discuss that privately, not directly in the group. There are

laws, both federal and state, that prohibit someone from giving another person

their prescription. The DEA has the laws on their website at

http://www.usdoj.gov/dea. Click on the Controlled Substances Act under Drug

Policy and the Diversion Control. The penalties are also listed.You can even be

arrested for drug trafficking for shipping drugs to people that were not

prescribed to them unless you are licensed federally to ship prescription drugs,

which usually only pharmeceutical companies and pharmacies can do.I'm guilty of

giving my fiance a Lortab every now and then.My job involves dealing with law

enforcement on ALL levels, municipal, state and Federal so I do have knowledge

on this topic.Just wanted to throw this out there. in
