Guest guest
JEEZ!! I haven't even gotten through the 50 some posts I have left here but IT WAS ME!!! I said I had a free sample (no Rx name to anyone on it) but I didn't think I could mail it to them. ALTHOUGH, my mother did fedex my Rx's... NOT in their bottles but in pill sorters; when I was on a business trip and forgot them. No one gave her any grief over it. It was just a casual comment. I'm getting really fed up with getting jumped all over every time I try to 'converse' in here. Soooooo let's see how much longer we can beat this topic to death. Thank you for mentioning that. My intention was not to start any trouble, but to help raise awareness. I know that we are all in pain. I just wouldn't want any of us to get into trouble for doing something that we did not realize was a federal crime. I apologize to anyone who I may have offended with my post. Hi Sharon, You didn't do anything wrong. Prescriptions that are in your name can be mailed to you. My pharmacist, who I asked when I was there today, said that if you are in a place that won't refill your prescriptions, then they can be mailed to you. The pharmacy or your doctor can do it, but most won't because it's too much trouble, but will give to a family member or someone else to mail to you. Anybody can pick up your prescriptions for you in Connecticut at least. I have friends pick up my prescriptions all the time. You are not in conflict with the drug enforcement laws as long as they are being mailed to the person the perscription is for, and that is what you were talking about. I don't know if someone misunderstood what you were talking about or not. Someone said something about mailing what was left of their perscription to someone else who takes that med. Thet is illegal. But to my knowledge you weren't talking about that. Keep posting those posts, Marti ------------ --------- --------- --- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search.
