I try to NEVER go backwwards in thyroid treatment, BUT in order to get

off the steroids to test somtimes it is needed. SO don;t lower the

thyroid any more than you have to but I guess oyu gotta do what you have

to to get a clean test to prove oyu have hypoadrenals.

The one thing I *do* notice is sleeping during the day, like what I

was like before I started IC in the first place, which might be

giving the adrenals a bit of a chance to rest.
