Either you have hit a resistance spot where your body cannot utilize this much

T3, or the RT3 is building too high causeing more adrneal stress which I would

be MOST suspicious of. Have you trieds sea salt toi help bring the pulse down?

Sometimes as we treat adrenals aldost4rone production falls and we need more

good unrefined salt to support adrenals. Low sodium causes high pulse so taking

1 teaspoon in a large glass of water and wait an hour and recheck pulse will

tell you if it is low sodium causing this.

84, but yesterday it was running 96-100 and last night it was 120 before I went

to bed! Before thyroid medication, my pulse was usually about 72.

running 98.2 - 9.3. My temps have been averaging consistently 98.2 - 98.3 with

only about .1 variance, so I think my adrenals are now stable. Before I went on

thyroid medication, my temperature was usually about 96.4.

to 50 mcg Cytomel. (Doctor wanted me to take 75 mcg of Synthroid initially, but

my t3/rt3 ratio was 18.4, so I at least for now cut in half until I can figure

out if I really make way too much rt3 or if I was doing that because I had such

low ferritin and low cortisol.) Doctor initially wanted me to take 75 mcg of

Cytomel with the 75 mcg of Synthroid, but it was too much T3, too fast; heart

palpitations, pulse of 120 - 130. So he prescribed 5 mcg tablets and is having

me raise slowly.

by ferritin and cortisol levels, but am passing it along. He seems to be

accepting it.

months now. Ferritin before that was 29.

doctor again in about 4 weeks.
