I take my HC and cytomel together at 7 am then every four hours for both <every 2 for hc>. You want to take iron 1 hour after thyroid meds or 4 hours before. I think some take the cytomel sublingual to avoid the whole stomach absorption issues. I think you also need to take iron away from other supplements except for vit c.

Since I'm taking all three of these, when are the best times to take these, and how far apart? I generally take my first dose of Cytomel around 7:00 a.m., HC around 8:00 a.m., and iron around 10:00 a.m. Is this ok? Am I correct in thinking that the iron should be taken at least an hour after the other stuff, or 4 hours before? It's hard to get a bead on how to spread this all out! Does the iron affect the b12, D, etc?

Kitty, How much iron do you take, and how many times a day do you take your iron?

Thanks!
