I'd call the compounding pharmacy first thing Monday morning, and get

the complete ingredient list of the base they use to put the T3 into.

Tell them about the reaction you are having. I wouldn't wait for to go

through the doctor for this, let the pharmacy know first off.

You could indeed be allergic to something in the base.

I know one of my main allergens is in virtually all ointment/cream bases

used for compounding.
