You all here on the board are so precious to me and I am filled with

so much love for each of you that when each of you have something

wrong with issues you are dealing with, doesn't matter who it is, I

wish were there to give you the biggest hug you ever had in your

life. Sometimes a big close hug holding our bodies together for a

moment with our arms around each other is just like me putting a lot

of my energy into your heart and soul. SO IMPORTANT. Each time I

ever hug anyone, I feel the energy going to the other person. It

helps me too

Just dealing with UPF, IPF, PH, or PF or whatever the disease is, we

all need those daily hugs that hold you close to someone to pass

energy and love to that person. I do it every day, and if no one

wants to hug me, I hug a thousand times a day. She is the

funniest dog, apparently, spaniels when they lay down, spread both

their back legs out straight, and when she is hugging me on my lap,

her back legs are flat against my tummy, and she feels so very warm

and connective to my energy and love. She gives me so much love and

only bites me when I do not behave.
