, I thought about the same thing...I would say they would honor only printing a first name...I would even think they would honor it if someone wanted to 'remain' anonymous. I have an appt. in just a little while with a Pain Management doc about 45 miles away. Gonna discuss whether they can take over with the PN Nerve blocks, among other things (somebody say some prayers for me, I so hope I 'click' with this doc). I'll try to contact the NY Times when I get back and ask some questions about comments. If anyone 'knows' for sure, let us know. Hugs, Chelle
