Set aside In separate bowl mix 1 1/2 cup GF flour mix (I use rice/potato/tapioca blend) 1 tsp xanthan gum 3 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal Alternately, blend flour mixture, egg mixture and 1 cup milk sub. 400 degree oven Grease muffin pans and bake for 15 minutes Grease pan and bake for 30 minutes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Xanthan gum 3 tsp. Baking powder 1/8 tsp sea salt 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal 1 cup milk substitute Mix well. Bake in greased muffin pan 450 degrees for 15 minutes until slightly brown. Check to make sure it is done with a tooth pick. A jeffs mom Cornbread Recipe Hi Since I believe I am in the early stages of developing CD, I intend to go gluten-free with my daughter. I'm already virtually casein free. Does anyone have a good recipe for cornbread? One of the meals DH and I enjoy in the winter is baked beans (my recipe) and cornbread. Help please!!!!
