Guest guest
I'm totally confused. Val you write that adenals must be supported before any t-3 supplementing. I just took my first dose of 5mcg, yes, very tiny. I had high cortisol on the canary club. by adrenal support do you mean the ashwaganda, rhodiola, selneium, vit C, sea salt??? I'm taking the Seriphos to lower my high cortisol levels. Am really sorry if my question is totally dumb. I'm realizing how a tiny thing can make such a huge difference. Also had yet ANOTHER person I care about die... but he was 92, at home and having a great and happy day. kc in az <<The reason is if you have low cortisl it will prevent the T3 from entering the cells as it is needed for the T3 to work correctly. It can totally crsh your adrenals if the cortils is already low. Before using any med wiht T3 in it especially you would nee dto start some kind of adrneal support.>>
