Guest guest Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 I have plenty of NTH. I switched back to 2 grains at 5 AM and 2 grains at 1 PM, but I'm tired in the morning. Since I still have some Cytomel left, should I add 5 to 10 mcg at bedtime? (My problem at night is getting to sleep). Thanks so much for your support with this. I am very grateful for your guidance.
