I feel that I am marginally sleeping better but still waking up in the night and because my last cortisol showed low in the AM I am reluctant to increase too much. On standard release T3 I am spreading my dose evenly through the day every 2 to 3 hours apart from overnight when there is an 8 hour gap. I am not waking feeling hypo and it's improved the quality of my sleep and reduced the frequency of waking in the night. My gut feeling is for you to increase the bed time dose to even things out and keep stepping up on each dose in turn. It's probably time you did some temperature charting as per the Dr Rind timings and plotted daily average temperature for a few days, this will help show up if you do have adrenal issues, if the results of that are unstable then stopping the adaptogens for 2 weeks and taking a saliva test would be the best way of doing it if you don't crash when you stop them, having some isocort on hand just in case bay be sensible if you decide to go that route. If stopping worries you discuss it with Val, she may have ideas.
