Guest guest
The thought has crossed my mind.So LOW cortisol makes you STRESSED and HIGH cortisol does NOT make you stressed?I _do NOT_ want to make myself WORSE with a wrong move, taking HC if I'm already too high on it!My first specialist told me, according to blood and urine samples, I'm too high regardless of if you can't trust the samples fully or not - He said you could always get a small clue - And he thinks I am producing too much adrenaline from being overdosed on HC over a longer period of time. What do you think? Try a stress dose. an extra 5-10 mg wil nto hrt you and it may help.
Guest guest
High can make you stressed as well, but taking a stress dose wil onyl make you high cort for 4 hours, while going too low will leave you stressed for a week. You did get replies on the adrenals group where these quesitons belong. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
