I've eaten at Chili's in MA and RI and have had the loaded mashed

almost every time. Without incident. I ask for a fresh copy of the

GF menu every time I go in. It changes on a monthly basis. But so

far, loaded mashed has always been on the list.

I'm very sorry you got glutened.

I would suspect cross-contamination. Could even be that the gloves

weren't fresh. Or crumbs.

That being said, I HAVE been glutened at Chili's. Once by having

chips which I later learned are not GF.

I've never had the ribs. But perhaps the BBQ wasn't company-recipe???

Or perhaps the BBQ got cross-contaminated?
