I am really frustrated because I have been doing this so long, making mistakes and set backs all along. Maybe someone could give me some pointers. When starting back in January my rt3 ratio was a 6 and Ferritin was in the 20's. Fairly quickly I was able to raise ferritin and iron panel reflect good iron levels. The raise in iron didn't provide noticeable benefits so I did a saliva cortisol test. AM is low so treating with IsoCort. My dosing schedule is as follows: wake up 18.25mcg t3 and 4 IsoCort 2 hrs later 18.25mcg t3 2 hrs later 12.50 mcg and 3 isocort 2 hrs later 12.50 mcg 2 hrs later 12.50 mcg 2 hrs. later 12.50 mcg bedtime 12.50 mcg total 99mcg t3 and 7 isocort I am trying to stay at smaller more frequent doses because my once low pulse of 60-66 is now up to 88-90's and higher. A "good" pulse for me would be around 72. I was a fit runner even when my rt3 was too high. Now with treatment I feel like I am always trying to catch my breath. I know something is "off" but I can't figure it out. I tried dropping my t3 dose down into the 80's but my hair falls out. I have been up on my t3 around 125mcg hair doesn't fall but my pulse is too high. I have also tried the saltwater test and it doesn't elp. My main problems are feeling like I can't catch my breath, even when just talking. And I feel a lot weaker, out-of-shape feeling. I know I am not. I eat right, healthy weight and lifestyle. Something is wrong though. What could it be? I am working on my magnesium. It really hasn't helped either. Anyone with feedback please shed some light!
