Guest guest
These thyroid levels indicate T3 is pooling. It is MUCH higher than your T34 so you r boduy is not able to utilize thyroi dcorrectly, This can be from wihter lwo cortiosl or lwo iron. If your iron is too low the T3 cannot get to the cells and wil cause anxiety and worsening adrnela fatigue sy,mpomts. With no thyroid you need to not go to all T3 iuntil you get adnreals and iron well supported so your body can utilize thyroid better. Taking mor eT3 wil not help this situatin as oyu already have plenty of T3 in your blood. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > Hi > I started Cytomel(t3) yesterday. My temp this morning was 36.9 and pulse 78per min and I am now tracking my temps every 3 hrs. > > Have I started on too much T3 too soon or do I need to be patient and let it settle in system? He explained my problems were prob due to too much T4 in my system and not enough T3 due to conversion problem and poor adrenals. My bloods as of April were FT3 6.5 (3.95-6.8), ft4 12.3 (12.0-22). I am also taking Nutri Adrenal supplements (6 per day) to help support my adrenals as DHEA was high on saliva test. Am also taking magnesium, Co q 10, VIT B and iron and VIT C. > > Can anyone explain the spasms/tightness in my neck area, I have no thyroid had it removed. Can it be something to do with too little/too much T3 ? > > Thanks > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > We are not medical professionals here, just patients sharing our experiences. Guest guest
Thanks Val, Those blood results were whilst on Erfa for about 4 mths. Prior to that I was on Levothyroxine with FT4 at 36 and FT3 at 6.9 but I had hypo symptoms. As my results were so high on Levo wheres all that high FT4 gone in my system. Could I still have too muc t4 in my sysmte even though my bloods show different. My private doc who is well recognised and features on TPA website said that I prob have a conversion problem probably due to enzyme failure and adrenal issues. From the physical tests he performed standing and sitting pulse rate and symptoms i described, he said I am thyrotoxic. He suggested I start Nutri Adrenal supplements and start again with the Erfa and build slowly. I could get past 1half grains and my temps were getting lower. So then he said I am thyrotoxic and I need to go on T3 only. My cortisol on Saliva tests looked fine only little low at night. My iron is 44 which I am building up with Iron tablets. If I have plenty of t3 in my blood why do I feel so spaced out ? Thanks again Val > > These thyroid levels indicate T3 is pooling. Guest guest
All that T4 went ot RT3 whihc is blocking T3 from reachign your cells and causing hypo symptoims. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
Does that mean as there was so much RT3 caused by the Levothyroxine that I am doing the right thing being on T3 only. Just wonder whats causing these symptoms i.e. tightness/spasms in neck and spaced out/consuming wretchedness tiredness in only 2 days of being on t3. I did feel tired on the Erfa too but not this bad. IS my starting dose on t3 of 12.5mcg too high do you think i should drop it to 6mcg and gradually increase? Should I pay much attention to my bloods i listed before FT4 12.3 (12-22) AND FT3 6.5 (3.95-6.8)... as you said taking t3 will worsen the pooling ?. Sorry for so many questions I am jsut trying to get this straight in my head. Appreciate your help and time. Thanks again > > All that T4 went ot RT3 whihc is blocking T3 from reachign your cells > and causing hypo symptoims. > > -- > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ >
