Starting T3 tomorrow/Val or Nick verify dose please

I'm taking 4 gr. NT twice daily. If I'm reading the thyroid-rt3 dose schedule right that means I start off at 37.5 T3 right?Is this the correct way to dose starting off?9am 12.5Noon 12.53pm 6.256pm 6.25After about a week do I add another 6.25 at 3pm, go another week and add 6.25 to 6pm dose? Kem in Eugene <º)))><
