Slow down on the increases, pause at each dose a little longer.

it's taking time for the dose increase to lead to a reduction in your

own thyroid production and reduce output.

If you are running an average of 37 pre treatment are you feeling hypo

symptoms as well??

Hi Nick,

Thanks so much for the reply!

So do you think I should go back to the 12.5 X 2 a day then? This high temp

seemed to start on my 4th day of 12.5 X 2. Or should I continue at my 12.5, 12.5

and 6.25 i.e. 31.25?

Could this not perhaps be some kind of electrolyte imbalance? As my BP is still

a little low since my 4th day on T3?

And any ideas as to why only my " 3-hour after waking " temp is high? Surely

something I am taking in the morning is causing this suddenly?

With regards to hypo symptoms - unfortunately, I am post-ovulation, and

post-ovulation even before starting T3 for me was 37.1. It was my pre-ovulation

averages that never reached 37. They were always 36.8 to 36.9. And my oral basal

temps pre-ovulation were 36.3 to 36.5.

So unfortunately, my main hypo symptoms such as extreme tiredness and lack of

endurance and dry skin are still with me! This is why i am wondering if this is

perhaps related to electrolytes. I had electrolytes labs before starting T3

though, and they were 141 for sodium and 4.2 for potassium.

Thanks again!
