Guest guest
Cheri, I don't know about glass pans, apparently they aren't being made anymore. I would worry a lot about breakage, as I'm so clumsy. After some thought and research, I chose anodized aluminum. Some people like titanium pans, but those are out of my reach cost wise. I bought all new pans and just packed the SS away. It took some time, but after 3 months I noticed suddenly how much less reactive I was (this is relative of course, LOL!), how much less antihistamine I was having to take. So we got rid of the SS at that point. It was kinda hard, I had some very expensive large stock pots, and an expensive pressure cooker. sol MsSquarepants wrote: > Are glass pans okay?
