Last week we were talking about how ALA can help with peripheral neuropathy. I

have been taking it for about a month and a half. Can you tell me why I am NOW

noticing burning feet and burning tingling fingers. I am taking 300mcg daily.

I have also noticed since I have reduced my cytomel from 105mcg to 75mcg

starting March 10th I am having other hypo symptoms. My Ft3 before lowering was

9.1. I had labs done Tues. and will find out the result of those in 2weeks. I

have added 5mcg to my 11 am dose of 12.5. I was taking 25mcg at 7am, 12.5 at

11am, 12.5 at 4pm and 25mcg bedtime. I was doing so well and now it seems all

hell is breaking loose. My adrenal's are good except in the a.m. for which I am

taking Standard Process dessicated adrenal. Which does make a difference in how

I feel in the morning than before I was taking it.
