Guest guest
You have a ton of issues that ALL interact. Atually your specialist is partly correct,. Hyppothalamus os PART of adrenla fatigue. I have often said Adrenal fatigue is a misnomer and it should be called HPA dysfunction. But no matter what it is called it needs treatment. AN AM cortilsl of 10 wil not allow you to optimize thyroid. Now another thing what are you takin for the esophagus? Usually the standard is proton pump inhibitors. These drugs were NEVER intended for long term use as docotrs use them! Usually wiht lwo thyroid and especially wiht low cortils people the problem is LOW stomach acid NOT high this the issue continues adn the PPI is continued for years causeing MORE damage. If this si what you are on, you need to stop it and a week later test to se if your issue is really high stomach acid or low, do this by takign 3/4 tsp baking SODA and see if oyu burp in the next five minutes, If NOT you have low stomach acid. Betaine HCL is the bets cure for this I ahve found, and it shoudl be taken wiht each meal and med doses. It helps them absorbn especially iron. You MUST raise iron to get well. Once this si done and you have iron in place, T3 only is the best treatment as you are not converting properly thus the RT3 is WAY too high. Thsi is enough ot digest for now!
