Guest guest
Hi Val, Thank you so much! Will definitely stop the multi! Interesting that before I started supporting my adrenals with isocort, my multi also made me slightly nauseas if I didn't eat it with food. But the nausea went away when I started isocort. So it seems my adrenals are most likely struggling with the T3, so I will hold this dose for a week or 2 like you said, and then hopefully I will be able to raise after that! But I was wondering - will I still clear my RT3 in 12 weeks if I keep on having to wait a week or 2 before an increase instead of the 3 to 5 days that it says on Nick's site? Thanks so much! > > Stop the multi. SOmething in it is not agreeing wiht you, maybe > something you are too high in. No more raises for a week or even two to > allow your body time to adjust.
